PARK HYATT DUBAI

Park Hyatt Dubai: A Luxurious Escape by Dubai Creek
Some hotels are more than just a place to sleep—they set the tone for the entire trip. Park Hyatt Dubai, nestled in the heart of Dubai Creek Resort, is exactly that. A green oasis just minutes from the city’s skyscrapers, it’s where relaxed resort vibes meet understated luxury.
From morning dips in a dreamy lagoon to golf courses with skyline views and incredible dining options, this place has it all. Here’s how our stay went down.
First Impressions: A Hidden Oasis in Dubai
The moment we arrived at Dubai Creek Resort, it felt like stepping into a different world. Think Mediterranean architecture, lush greenery, and waterfront views that make you forget you’re in the middle of a busy city.
Check-in was smooth, and within minutes, we were on our way to our Park Suite with a Lagoon Beach view. The suite? Spacious, elegant, and ridiculously comfortable, with a private terrace overlooking palm trees, blue waters, and Dubai’s skyline in the distance.
The best part? You don’t even need to walk. The resort is huge, so buggies are on standby to take you anywhere—from the pool to the restaurants to the golf course (which, by the way, is one of Dubai’s most iconic—more on that later).
Morning Dips & Relaxation: Amara Pool & Lagoon Beach
Mornings at Park Hyatt Dubai are all about slow living. We kicked off our day with a refreshing swim at Amara Pool, a peaceful spot surrounded by palm trees and cabanas. If you’re looking for serious relaxation, this is it.
And for those who want a beachy vibe? The Lagoon Beach has got you covered. Picture white sand, infinity-edge water, and private sunbeds—all without leaving the resort.
A Foodie’s Paradise: Dining at Park Hyatt Dubai
One of the biggest highlights of Park Hyatt Dubai? The food. With multiple restaurants, each offering a completely different vibe, you could honestly spend your entire stay eating and never get bored.
🍳 Breakfast at Lakeview: A Perfect Start
With a view over Dubai Creek and the championship golf course, Lakeview is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast. Healthy options, great coffee, and everything you need to start the day right.
Oh, and for those who follow me on Instagram—you know I’m obsessed with avocado toast. I’ve had it all over the world, and let me tell you… this one makes my top 3. Perfectly creamy avocado, a perfectly poached egg on top—absolute perfection.
🍸 Lunch at NOÉPE: Chic & Laid-Back
For lunch, we headed to NOÉPE, and let me tell you—this place is a vibe. Think Cape Cod meets Dubai, with boho-chic interiors, an open-air terrace and a relaxed yet refined environment.
We sipped on signature cocktails (as good as they looked!) and enjoyed some of the exquisite options on their menu while soaking in the breeze from the creek. If you’re looking for a laid-back yet stylish lunch spot, NOÉPE is it.
🌅 Aperitivo & Dinner at Boardwalk: Skyline Views & Italian Vibes
Boardwalk is one of those restaurants that just feels effortlessly cool. Perched right on the water, with spectacular views of the Dubai skyline, it’s the perfect pre-dinner spot.
We kicked off the evening with an Italian-style aperitivo, complete with spritz cocktails and light bites—a little taste of home in Dubai. Dinner was a mix of Mediterranean flavors, fresh seafood, and the kind of unbeatable atmosphere that makes you want to stay all night.
The Thai Kitchen: A Taste of Thailand in Dubai
We came to Dubai after a month and a half of a tour in Asia and of course after spending time in Thailand, we were craving authentic Thai food, and The Thai Kitchen delivered. The restaurant has an open-kitchen concept, meaning you can watch the chefs work their magic as they prepare signature Thai dishes.
We went for classic favorites—pad Thai, spicy papaya salad, and Neua Yang Nam Jim Jeaw,… and every bite took us straight back to Bangkok. If you’re a fan of Thai food, this is as close to the real deal as you’ll get in Dubai.
Golf & Iconic Landmarks: Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club
Golf lovers—this one’s for you. Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club isn’t just one of the most famous courses in Dubai, it’s also on the 20 dirham banknote—yep, that iconic sail-shaped building you’ve probably seen before.
Even if you’re not a golfer, it’s still worth checking out for the views, the atmosphere, and the sheer elegance of the place.
Twiggy by La Cantine: The Ultimate Beach Club Experience
For those looking for a little extra indulgence, guests at Park Hyatt Dubai have access to Twiggy by La Cantine, one of Dubai’s best beach clubs. Chic loungers, an infinity pool, a private beach, and a menu packed with Mediterranean flavors—this place is the definition of a luxury day out.
If you’re staying at Park Hyatt, don’t miss it.
